What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are open to any kind of negotiation – the best way to make an accurate quote is by taking a good look at the job as a whole and giving you an estimate based on how much work it will take. We also offer competitive prices for our services, while not compromising quality in any way! Price does not define quality. We always strive to meet every client’s needs in terms of pricing; we’re not here just to rake in money! Price reflects what one wants, but value defines need. Our advice would be to focus more on “value” rather than price alone.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If meeting in person with clients for the first time is preferred, we are happy to do so. Otherwise, we communicate through email and arrange phone or video conferences upon request. Our typical process with a new customer would be to learn about the client’s business, identify its needs and expectations, and create a comprehensive plan based on these key points. By creating this base of operations we can start implementing strategies and other actions that will lead us towards our common goals! Our process is completely transparent from start to finish.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are a devoted team at XOA Tax, consisting of CPAs, Bookkeepers, Payroll experts, and Tax lawyers to best accommodate you for your Startup to Financial Planning. We keep reading updated laws and regulations; we attend local workshops and national conferences to expand our knowledge – we take training courses offered by different entities in order to be able to teach others what we know. The best way to keep ahead of the game is to develop yourself professionally for your own good!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We’ve been working in the private sector for over a decade now. We gained extensive experience within different companies and industries, which helped us build a solid foundation for understanding and meeting our client’s needs. While working for others we started to realize that you can’t just do what your boss says, but you have to be constantly looking into ways of improving things within your own business or work sphere. That is where it all started with XOA Tax – we had an idea and created something! One should always strive for more!

Our main goal is providing better service than we received in the past – this allows us to deliver one better experience for each client we work with. Giving back means always improving your level of expertise and knowledge while acquiring the tools necessary for doing so effectively!

Startup businesses face a problem because they lack the infrastructure needed to manage everything by themselves; there’s no way that you can learn how to do all that without having any experience within this sector. That’s where XOA Tax comes into play – with our knowledge and extensive experience; we are here to help startups manage their financial assets effectively so they can focus more on what’s really important for them.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve helped a variety of clients, including individual and business owners, non-profits, expatriates living overseas as well as startups across the nation. One thing about our clients is that they’ll always come in all shapes and sizes! We assist them by helping them to get their business started and set.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

What we’re most proud of is building up personal relations with our clients and helping them make their businesses flourish – that’s what really makes us happy! Every single job we do has its unique challenges and rewards. We never know if the next job will be more interesting than the one before it, but so far they’ve all been good experiences! What matters is to always put your best foot forward regardless of how difficult things may seem at times… customers need CPA’s that they can count on, and we will always make sure that we give them our best!

Accounting privacy prevents us from listing the work we have done in this brief introduction, but some examples include reducing the tax liability, establishing a new company from scratch with all necessary licenses and permits, payrolls, up to daily accounting and reporting, etc…

We have assisted a number of companies in different industries with projects ranging from one day to more than ten years. We always do everything within our reach, without any exceptions whatsoever. Some of the work we handle is very routine and doesn’t make news headlines, but it’s part of a larger process that helps build things up over time.

The most valuable piece of advice we can give is to make sure that both parties are on the same page – the key to successful cooperation with us is mutual understanding. We’re always glad to talk and meet up before starting any kind of job, so don’t hesitate on getting in touch.
